1.) What dates should I select for my equipment rental?
Your order is shipped and will arrive by 8PM of your first rental day. I.e. if you select June 8th as your first day of rent, it will arrive on June 8th, by 8 PM. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays. Customers are responsible for ensuring your gear can be accepted by an adult at delivery or can be placed in a secure location. Customers are responsible for any lost or stolen gear.
2.) How much does shipping cost?
For all purchases over $75 shipping is free. For everything under $75, we charge a flat rate of $30 for shipping.
3.) Can I purchase the equipment after using it if I like it?
Yes, absolutely you can purchase the equipment. If you're interested in purchasing the equipment, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide a price and invoice to ensure ease of purchase.
